• Job Title: Dishwasher/Janitor

Location: Pick’s Roadside, Cloverdale CA

Reports To: General Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $18/hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher/Janitor to join our team. This role is

essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment in both the kitchen and public

areas of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will be reliable, have a strong work ethic, attention

to detail, and a willingness to support the kitchen team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Dishwashing:

• Scrape, wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans in accordance

with health and safety standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.

• Restock clean dishes and utensils in the appropriate locations.

Cleaning Duties:

• Sweep and mop kitchen and dining area floors regularly to maintain cleanliness

and safety.

• Clean and sanitize all restroom facilities, including sinks, toilets, and floors, on a

routine schedule.

• Ensure all trash cans are emptied regularly and liners are replaced.

• Keep the mop sink and janitorial areas clean and organized.

Stocking & Supplies:

• Monitor and restock paper products including paper towels, toilet paper, and soap

dispensers in bathrooms and kitchen. Replace and hook up new kegs when empty.

• Notify management when supplies are low and assist in receiving and organizing

janitorial and dishwashing inventory.

Kitchen Support:

• Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep or cleaning tasks during busy hours, as

directed.

• Help maintain overall cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and storage

areas.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required.

• Front of House Team Member

Position Summary:

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and efficient Front of House Team Member to join our

team! This role is the face of our business—greeting guests, taking orders, and serving drinks

with a warm and welcoming attitude. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and

passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately using the

Toast POS system.

• Serve beer, wine, soft drinks, milkshakes, and soft serve in accordance with

health and safety standards.

• Prepare and assemble milkshakes and soft serve with consistency and care.

• Ensure all beverages and drink stations are fully stocked and products are within

date codes.

• Restock to-go containers and other front of house paper goods throughout the

shift.

• Communicate with management about inventory needs for beverages and paper

products.

• Keep the front of house area clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.

• Provide prompt and courteous service to ensure an outstanding guest

experience.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age (due to alcohol service).

• Previous customer service or food service experience preferred, but not required.

• Strong communication skills and a genuinely kind, friendly manner.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including

weekends.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented Cook to join our team in a fast-paced

drive-in style kitchen. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, takes pride in their work, and

follows all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment. You’ll

be responsible for preparing quality meals quickly, maintaining a clean and stocked workstation,

and communicating effectively with the kitchen team and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout each shift.

• Follow all local health department guidelines and food safety protocols.

• Monitor product levels and notify management when supplies are low or

ingredients are not up to standard.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting time and quality

expectations during peak hours.

• Keep prep and storage areas clean, labeled, and well-stocked.

• Communicate clearly with fellow staff to ensure smooth service.

• Be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds and work during

weekends and peak service hours.

• Follow opening and closing procedures, including proper storage cleaning and

sanitation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred.

• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work in a hot, noisy environment on your feet for long periods.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including

weekends.

• Strong communication skills and a team player mindset.
